The public data provided is raw data or text
files and will need to be formatted for use in a database or
spreadsheet program. We have provided empty
Microsoft Access 2000 database
files that can be used.

Fieldnames(pdf)

list of field names for the
Public Data Files. (The data
files themselves do not have column headers)
Layout and Length(pdf)--This
text file also contains the field names and record layout for
importing the Public Data Files.

The public data code descriptions provide text and excel format to download.
